OUR Staff

There has always been a unique feel at Hardings with staff and their link to customers. In those 35 years staff have always been encouraged to work closely with customers and this partly relates to the scope of work we’re doing

Our staff all have a background in a trade that relates to the work they do within the organisation. Whilst the caravan industry has recently introduced a ‘RV training apprenticeship’ its early days. Our staff enjoy using their trade in a workshop where they get a varied application of their skills. We have 3 distinct workshop areas; Bodyshop, Mechanical and Auto Electrical.
