Air Command Heron 2.2*
The Heron 2.2 is a compact split system air conditioner,
which suits caravans and pop-tops up to 17’6”.

installed at floor level under a seat box, bed or
cupboard assembly.
When looking at the installation of a heron 2.2 the
following issues should be considered:
- Cabinet work required to sympathetically
accommodate the air handler and compressor.
- Additional clearance space required behind and
below the air handler.
- Method of disguising piping between the air
handler and the compressor.
- The need for a refrigerant plumber to commission
and certify the unit.
- Requirement to mount the compressor on the off
side of caravan to avoid return air within the
annexe (if applicable).
- The need for a 240 Volt outlet near the
compressor.
*Heron 2.2 is Australian designed and manufactured.
